The main characters are “Collin” and “I”, referring to the main author, myself, Cristina Andersson and co-author Collin Hansen.

After my studies, I started my career in education as a teacher in the field of vocational education in the eighties and afterwards I have worked as an entrepreneur and business consultant in my own company. Among many others, I experienced an awakening for learning in the beginning of the nineties. I participated in a seminar by Professor Mike Pedler, the author of “The Learning Company” and knew that my road was marked. Right from the beginning of my consulting career I had great opportunities to work with people and companies that were interested in topics like “organizational learning,” “strategic learning” or “team-learning”. I also taught learning in the Helsinki University, giving seminars on “learning organizations” and lectures on learning to students and teachers.

Singing came into my life in the beginning of the nineties. In the beginning I took voice and singing lessons as a tool to take care of my voice. Later, singing was a tool to study my own learning. Finally, nowadays, I am singing for its own sake and for love of the arts.
